Teringat pulak kek Kak Dayang yang tak menggunakan telur dan susu. Jadi saya buat kek simple ni untuk setengah dari resepi asal tu. Memang moist dan tak cepat muak kek ni. Saya letakkan dalam bekas muffin sebab senang tak payah nak potong2. Nak simpan dalam bekas pun senang. Sapa penggemar coklat dan kek coklat boleh cube kek the bery simple ni... Eggless butterless and milkless choc cake
source: kak Dayang
Bahan-bahan : loyang 9 inci
2 cawan tepung gandum + 2 sk baking powder + 1 sk soda bikarbonat (diayak sekali)
1/2 cawan serbuk koko atau campuran serbuk coklat
2 cawan gula icing
2 peket coffee mix (3 in 1) / coffee 2 in 1 pun boleh
2 1/2 cawan air panas
1/2 sk garam
160 ml minyak masak sayuran / minyak jagung
2 sk cuka
2 sk esen vanilla
Cara-cara :
Panaskan oven pd suhu 160-170C. Sediakan loyang kek yg bersesuaian. Griskan dgn mentega dan taburkan dgn sedikit tepung.
Sediakan bekas yg agak besar. Satukan tepung, gula, serbuk coklat, coffee dan garam. Ratakan.
Kemudian masukkan air panas dan esen vanilla. Kacau sebati dgn menggunakan senduk kayu atau spatula.
Tuangkan minyak masak / minyak jagung. Kacau lagi hingga sebati. Jika adunan bergentel, tapiskan.
Akhir sekali, masukkan cuka dan terus kacau hingga rata.
Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang kek dan bakar selama 30 minit atau sehingga kek masak. Suhu bergantung pd oven masing2. Tidak mengapa jika permukaan kek retak sebab memang begitulah kejadiannya.
Setelah kek masak, biarkan ia sejuk semalaman sebelum dipotong. Hiaskan dgn krim / ganache jika suka.
**Kek ini sgt moist, lembut dan lebih sedap dimakan setelah dibiarkan semalaman atau 1-2 hari.
