Banana Muffin



Assalamualaikum.. Muffin ni saya google resepinya dan tuan resepi ckap:

Hah...the Best Banana Muffin in the world..... Apa tunggu lagi, gi godek bebahan kat dapur nun..Sonang n sedap. Masa tengah ngembang kat dalam oven tu, waanggiiii je bau dia. Makan paneh paneh, peeh memang layan. Ekceli nak buat muffin coffe cam kat jepon nun, tapi cian lak tengok banana yang tersenyum sayu n tompok2 hitam kat badan die tu. Maka saya pun penyekkan dia buat muffin ni.Resepi ni saya dah translatekan, sebab agak rajin malam ni. Kuikui..



Best Banana Muffin (dapat 12 biji muffin)

3 atau 4 biji pisang saiz besar (lagi banyak pisang lagi moist muffin)- saya letak 6 biji sederhana besar

1/2 cawan gula halus (resepi asal 1 cawan)- saya letak 1/2 cawan dan manisnya memang sedap mungkin juga bergantung pada manis pisang

1 biji telur- dipukul sedikit

1/3 cawan mentega/margerine cair

1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon garam

#1/2 cawan kelapa kering - saya tambah sendiri..wangi weh

Caranya: Satukan pisang yang dilecek bersama gula, mentega cair dan telur. Ketepikan. Dalam bekas yang lain satukan tepung gandum dengan soda bikarbonat, baking powder dan garam. Saya ayakkan bahan ini bersama. Kemudian satukan bahan basah tadi ke dalam bahan kering. Cedukkan ke dalam loyang muffin dan bakar pada suhu 350 F (175 c) selama 20 minit. (Saya bakar 180 C selama 25 minit).
