Moist Chocolate Cake


Assalamualaikum..

Pulak dah.. gambo lupa nak letak watermark. gasaklah. Tak sempat dah
Bukan la boleh berlama2 depan laptop nih..
Ok ..kek ni dah lama dibuat..cume sayang pulak kalau resepinya tak disimpan dlm blog ni.
Sebab dah 2,3 kali gak buat kek ni
Saya memang suke kek ni. siyes suke kek2 yang berbau harum nescafe.
Texturenya pun mmg terbaeekk.

 Kek ni saya potong 2 dan letakkan ganache coklat ditengah.
Tengah siok2 pikir nak deco kek, nak surprise ala2 org yg nak diseperais tu balik lampu padam gelap gulita tibe2  kuar kek ngan lilin terang sambil ada kior nyanyi lagu epi besday... *konon je. Dan dan org tu boleh balik awal plak hari tuh. Sapa yang terseperais sebenarnya ek. Tak sempat habis pikir. Dan tak sempat diseperais..Lepas  gelak2 sengeh2.. haa amik deco tak de arah tujuan tuh.. hehe
Guna buttercream cheese. Simple deco yang mmg payah nak jumpa dimana2 pun. hehe

 
  

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
1 cawan tepung kek/tepung gandum*
1 camca teh serbuk penaik*(*digaul dan diayak 3 kali)
1 cawan gula halus (castor sugar)
2 biji telur gred A
125 g mentega
1 camca teh esen vanilla
1/2 cawan serbuk koko*
1/2 camca teh nescafe*
1/4 cawan gula halus*
1/2 cawan air panas*
1/4 cawan susu cair*(*disatukan hingga menjadi pes coklat)

BAHAN COKLAT GANACHE :-)
100 g coklat masakkan
50 ml UHT Whipping Cream (boleg ganti dengan susu 100 ml susu cair)
1 camca teh mentega

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
  1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Lenser tin berukuran ( 5 x 8 x 3 ) inci dengan mentega dan alas dasarnya dengan kertas minyak. Ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega dan gula halus hingga putih. Masukkan esen vanilla dan telur satu persatu sambil terus memutar hingga adunan kembang dan gula hancur.
  3. Perlahankan speed, masukkan tepung berelang seli dengan pes coklat hingga habis. Gaul hingga rata dan sebati.
  4. Tuang adunan tadi dalam tin. Bakar dalam oven selama 45 - 50 minit. Sejukkan sebelum dihias dengan chocolate ganache jika suka...
  5. UNTUK GANACHE:- Satukan coklat dan UHT Whipping Cream dalam mangkuk tahan panas. Cairkan secara double-boiler, bila semua larut, matikan api dan masukkan mentega dan gaul rata. Biarkan suam dan boleh tuang atas kek coklat tadi.

I love this recipe ! Reminds me of you making soap at home, Mom.
And it's fun to see photos of your house there and see

I can't wait to hear how the soap turned out in terms
of using it. Does it smell different since it is made with
animal fat? Any other differences from vegetable-based soap?
