5-6 biji pisang berangan pisang lain pun boleh
1/2 cawan gula(kalau nak manis tambahlah gula lagi :) )
1 cawan tepung - bergantung atas besarnya pisang..(agak2 bila bancuh tepung tu jadi pekat dan tak cair oklah..mcm wat jemput pisang)
1 1/2 sudu kecil bikarbonat soda
minyak untuk menggoreng
sedikit esen vanilla * izah tambah
Cara-cara
satukan kesemua bahan di atas kecuali minyak lah ia.. dan perapkan selama 15-20 minit
selepas 20 minit tu sediakan kuali dan panaskan minyak utk menggoreng.. Gorenglah wat cam jemput2 tu sampai habissss...
sedia untuk dimakan.. sarapan atau waktu petang.. nyamnyam

akak pun tengah berdebar2 ni takut gak kalau2 anak bulan nampak kat pj ni.. sebab aritu ngam2 ho jer akak dpt puasa masa mula2 ramadan.. tp kalau ikut sejarah la kan.. selalunya anak bulan sokmo lambat nampak.. kdg tuh 2 hari, 3 hari, seminggu.. ada tu sampai lewat 2 minggu ko.. berdebar2 mokcik kahkahkah.. maklumlah dah tua2 ni.. kalau kata lambat mcm biasa tu.. alhamdulillah.. dptlah puasa penuh.. hehe.. teringat dlm esbox ada lagi pisang yg makcik bg.. ritu wat lempeng utk berbuka.. sedap gak layan lempeng pisang ni.. haha.. tak glemer lansung kan berbuka ngan lempeng.. org lain sumer wt kuih best2.. tu yg akak tak amik gambor tuh.. hehe..
Kalau adunan mengunakan tepung gandum mmg elok di biarkan 20 ke 30minit biar ia sebati barulah kuih menjadi cantik dan sedap w/pun setakat buat goreng tepung biasa2 tu.
