
Apple Yogurt Smoothie

Bahan:
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt (saya guna 1 cup yogurt tu je bukan cup 250ml tu)
1 Granny Smith apple -- cored, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon honey -- for garnish, optional

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and pour into tall glasses. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon of honey, if desired
PER SERVING: 330 cal, 13 g protein, 66 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 3 g fat (2 g sat fat), 8% calories from fat, 10 mg cholesterol, 160 mg sodium
