Memang suka pipekan krim coklat kat atas bun. Sebab sedaapp rasa kerak2 coklat tu. Bila dimakan dengan roti yang lembut, krim coklat di dalam yang creamy dan coklat ala2 kerak tu. Anak2 siap order lagi tuk dibuat bekal. Mampu ko nak buat lagi? nak dapat seloyang pun jenuh. Hahaha...
Tapi permintaan anak yg jujur kita ikutkan aje. Ehem ehem mithali la sangat ibu ni.
Pagi ni.. nak... nah la amik biskut kering ni buat kudap2 kat sekolah. mUahaha..
Roti coklat la sangat kannnn..

Siyess gebu roti ni. Sampai ada yg penyet sikit disebabkan kelembutan yang tak mampu menanggung krim coklat di atasnya yang berat. Mampu koo nak bayang ayat tu? Haha..

Bun Inti Coklat/Chocolate Filling Bun

(boleh dapat anggaran 18 ~ 20 biji bun untuk resepi ini)
Ingredients :
(A)
500g bread flour/high protein flour
100g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
30g milk powder
1 teaspoon bread improver (optional)
1 teaspoon bread softener (optional)
4 teaspoons instant dry yeast
(B)
250ml water
1 egg (lightly beaten)
(C)
40g butter
40g shortening
Method :
1. Mix well all ingredients in (A)
2. Add (B) into (A) and knead till smooth.
3. Add (C) and continue kneading till smooth and shiny and dough does not stick to your hand.
4. Leave to prove for 30 - 40 minutes.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out.
6. Divide the dough according to the weight you wish. Make into balls and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
7. Shape accordingly.
8. Leave to prove for 40 minutes - 1 hour.
9. Preheat oven 180C. Bake till golden brown. (about 15 minutes)

Copy paste sungguh aku ha.. dengan warna coklat skali melekat. Saja xmau edit menandakan kecintaan dengan roti coklat ni. Hahaha.. peace kak Madihaa..

Eh tapikan kalau ada komplen dengan ayat seperti "napa roti ai buat keras? I amik resepi u tau.U jangan tauuu.. u kata dlm blog lembut la.. gebu la.. betul ke resepi u bagi ni.I buat tak gebu lamgsung. Dah la tak gebu keras dengan bau yis busuk. Cicah kopi pun tak membantu."
fuhhh... Jawapan saya.. kene blajo lagi teknik meroti.
Jangan putus ase na. Jangan cepat melatah na.
dan jangan salahkan resepi na.
Satu lagi.. jangan jeles ngan roti ai yang gebu ni na.

ReplyDeletebetul tu.. sekali buat tak jadi bukan bermakna resepi tak betul.. mgkin teknik kita yang tak betul.. atau mgkin ada yang mengelat tak cukup bahan sebagaimana resepi... tentulah hasilnya tak begitu memuaskan.. lagi satu roti ni nak kena uli hingga betul2 elastik barulah dpt hasil yg memuaskan.. tq pd empunya resepi..
