Assalamualaikum.. Hari ni sejuk dan mendung je. Tapi tetiba nak minum menda sejuk lepas tengok umah kak Hana tadi, dan nak masam masam. So saya pun buat smoothie ni, mm layan gak time hujung minggu yang boring dan malas ini. Boring la bila en somi tak de nih. Pwwwweeuuhh.. slruuppp sllurrpp.. naik juling mata.
Apple Yogurt Smoothie

Bahan:
2 cups lowfat vanilla yogurt (saya guna 1 cup yogurt tu je bukan cup 250ml tu)
1 Granny Smith apple -- cored, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon honey -- for garnish, optional
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and pour into tall glasses. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon of honey, if desired
PER SERVING: 330 cal, 13 g protein, 66 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 3 g fat (2 g sat fat), 8% calories from fat, 10 mg cholesterol, 160 mg sodium
